Laufey

Fri Apr 7, 8 p.m.
Icelandic-Chinese singer-songwriter Laufey makes music that is the byproduct of rich cultural heritages and mixed musical influences. The classically trained musician's songs are produced and performed as jazz tunes; the songwriting follows a more modern and relatable blueprint. Laufey will perform at the Mahaiwe. More info

Exhibition curator Robert Wiesenberger introduces Paul Goesch, the subject of the Clark Art Institute’s spring exhibition in the Eugene V. Thaw Gallery for Works on Paper. Goesch produced one of the most inventive, peculiar, and poignant bodies of work to emerge from Weimar Germany. A member of the 1920s expressionist circles, Goesch made fanciful figurative drawings and visionary architectural designs. More info
