Windseeker Update
As we begin a new year, we're extremely grateful for the partnership and support of our clients, community, and staff. This past year, we saw a substantial increase in volume sold and average-sale price in both the local market and nationwide. With a shortage of inventory, the number of days on market fell for most single-family homes—making 2021 a rewarding year for sellers and a competitive year for buyers.
Though 2021 continued to present new challenges as a community, we also have much success to celebrate. Here are a few highlights of the year at Windseeker Realty:
- Office dog and Windseeker mascot, Wallace, joined the team in March
- Website redesign launched in July
- Expanded our reach to Grand View, Cable, Drummond, and Mellen
- Represented clients on 44 sold units for a record year of 8.2 million in volume
As we head into 2022, we are not seeing the slow-down typical of winter months and anticipate another strong year in the local market.
