We hope that you're navigating through your classes and activities smoothly. As we approach another week, we offer some encouragement and reminders:
|
- Reach out for support:
Whether it's academic or personal, remember that you're not alone. Reach out to your professors, advisors, or campus support services if you're facing challenges or need assistance. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
- Self-Care Matters: Please prioritize your well-being. Take breaks when needed, get enough sleep, eat nourishing meals, and engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
- Celebrate Progress: Remember to celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. Every step forward is a victory worth acknowledging and celebrating.

While using Tutor.com, please be mindful of academic integrity and remember this is a supplemental resource that is there to assist you as you learn.
