- The
School of Systems and Enterprises (SSE) will integrate into SES starting from the 2024-2025 academic year. SSE will become a department within SES and all SSE programs, faculty, staff and students will join SES as part of this integration.

The Department of Computer Science’s Broadening Participation in Computing (BPC) plan has been verified by the BPCnet Resource Portal. Effective January 2024 through January 2026, the plan seeks to improve diversity within the department through active recruiting and outreach efforts. CS is the first department at Stevens to receive BPC approval.

The third annual MLK Day of Service was a success with more than 500 Stevens students, faculty and staff in attendance. SES proudly co-sponsored the university-wide event held on Tuesday, January 16.
- The
Provost's Lecture Series featuring Kevin Ryan, SSB Teaching Professor, will be held on Wednesday, February 7, at 3 p.m. in The Gallery, UCC. Register to attend.

The 2024 Stevens Day of Giving will be held on Thursday, February 15. For 1,870 minutes the SES community will rally together in support of our students and programs and celebrate our power to inspire. Click here to learn more about how you can help spread the word and encourage others to give.
- The next SES Networking Ideas and Exchange (NIEx) Forum will be held on Thursday, February 29, from 12-1:30 p.m. in McLean 510. The theme for the session is Ph.D. Recruitment.
