Self-Care Inspiration   

Wellness is an active process of making choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life. One way to engage in a wellness journey is to practice self-care in all dimensions of wellness, not only in times of stress, but also in times of peace. To help inspire others, some Lakers are sharing their self-care stories. You can share yours, too!
