Joseph's new book, Making Black Girls Count in Math Education: A Black Feminist Vision for Transformative Teaching, is an essential read for anyone concerned about supporting the mathematical learning and development of Black girls and women. Her book connects research to policy and practice and shares how more equitable opportunities for learning and engagement can be created in the classroom and beyond.
