Freeland Cares Program Established
Ben Freeland and the teams at Freeland Chevrolet and related companies are proud to announce Freeland Cares, an initiative that will donate $15,000 each month to local organizations serving Middle Tennessee and South Central Kentucky residents.
The Freeland Cares program began Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016 and will take place every month during 2017.
Three local nonprofits will win $5,000 each month. Two organizations will be decided via a social media contest and one will be chosen by a committee. Organizations are eligible to win up to three times per year totaling $15,000.
“We are so excited to be able to give back and support the communities that support our businesses and allow us to serve you," said Freeland. "Healthy communities create opportunities for everyone and we hope the Freeland Cares initiative will help many of those in need.”

2017 Capital Campaign Survey Now Open
Each spring, we release a Capital Campaign Report to Middle Tennessee funders, which provides information about current and anticipated capital campaigns.

The data from this important resource comes from your responses to the annual Capital Campaign Survey. This short survey should take no more than five minutes to complete. Even if your organization is not currently planning a capital campaign, please respond to ensure the most accurate data possible. Submit only one response per nonprofit organization.

*Each organization completing the survey will be entered to win a $50 grant
from The Community Foundation.

Before beginning, have the following information on-hand:
  • If currently involved in a campaign: campaign description, financial goal, amount raised-to-date, and start/end dates
  • If planning a future campaign: proposed start date
  • If a campaign was completed in 2016: total amount raised
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, February 17.
