Wellness Program and Leadership
Led by Dr. Rakhee Bhayani - Vice Chair for Wellness and Engagement, the mission of the Department of Medicine Wellness Program is to enhance well-being across the Department by fostering community, recognizing contributions, supporting faculty, and identifying processes to improve workplace efficiency and professional fulfillment. Divisional representatives on the DOM Well-Being Council meet regularly to share ideas and identify opportunities for improvement. Visit the new Wellness section of the DOM website to find out more about wellness resources within the Department of Medicine and at WashU.

The Well-Being Council was founded in 2022 and is made up of faculty from divisions within the Department of Medicine. Representatives participate in 1-hour meetings every 6-8 weeks. They help disseminate information about important upcoming programming and available resources to faculty in their divisions and may also choose to join smaller working groups. We are looking for a few members to serve on the council. Faculty members interested in working with the Well-Being Council are encouraged to contact Jennifer Mosher at mosherj@wustl.edu.
