Here's your news for November from on and off campus.
So many things to focus on these days! Here's a flock of Carleton birders ( Arcticager eous) engaged in identifying some notable form of campus life. Perhaps it's one of the successful varsity teams ( football are 6-1 in the MIAC, women's soccer are the #2 seed in the MIAC playoffs, and women's cross country are MIAC champs!). Could it be President Byerly and her campus sustainability award? Or are they looking farther afield at the accomplishments of alumni? ( Dan Lugo ’91 was inaugurated as president of Trinity College, and Jessica Francis ’91 was featured in a story on SNAP benefits during the government shutdown.) Whatever you've got your sights set on, do stay in touch, and read on for more news from campus and beyond.
