At the ETRC Business forum on January 27, President Nigel Keal announced that he would be stepping down duty to personal circumstances, though he will remain on the Managing Board to aid with continuity and a smooth transition.
The Supervisory Board then appointed Dr. Jennifer Cords as the new President. This will take effect immediately, but will be confirmed at the ETRC Annual General Assembly in June
