We're staring down a long holiday weekend and there's no better Thanksgiving tradition, in your friendly neighborhood newsletter writer's opinion, than lugging as much of the family as possible to the cinema, where you can sit in the dark and digest the feast you just devoured.

What are your "Wicked" plans? I am dedicated to seeing it on the biggest theater screen possible — once the holiday is over.
Why am I waiting? Well, because if there's anything I hate more than being left out of the discourse over new releases, it's stumbling upon an auditorium full of theatre nerds singing along with every note of a musical at the top of their lungs.
