Urgent: Help Us Meet Growing Needs—Double Your Impact!
|
The need in our community is increasing, and your support can make a difference!
Last year, we served 26,188 vulnerable neighbors in Middle Tennessee, but demand for our services continues to rise.
Thanks to a generous anonymous donor, every dollar you give will be matched up to $25,000. This means your contribution can go twice as far in providing essential assistance.
Your gift today will help us deliver emergency support, counseling, and job training to those who need it most.
Donate now to double your impact and help us reach our Thanksgiving campaign goal! Every dollar counts—your support is crucial.
Thank you for being a beacon of hope for those we serve.

Rebuilding Hope: Helping a Mother Find Support and Stability
|
Imagine going through a painful separation, facing eviction due to back rent, and struggling to provide for your children. One of our neighbors faced this exact situation when she turned to us for support.
"Everything was in crumbles," she recalls. "I didn't know what I was going to do, and my heart was broken." Yet, with our support, she found hope in her darkest hour.
From her first visit, she felt warmth and understanding. "She welcomed me with open arms," she says of our staff member, who listened without judgment and shared reassurance.
With Catholic Charities' help, she settled her rent, set goals, and regained stability. Today, she has moved into a new home and found stable employment, and says she is "flourishing in a positive direction."
"Thank you for being a light in a dark world," she adds. "Catholic Charities has been truly a blessing to me and my children. You helped me find my strength again."

Help Make Thanksgiving Special for Local Families
|
As the holiday season approaches, Catholic Charities is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive to support families facing food insecurity in Middle Tennessee.
Here are three simple ways you can help:
1. Create a Non-Perishable Food Box
Purchase the items listed in the graphic below and deliver your box to Catholic Charities (2806 McGavock Pike, Nashville) on Tuesday, Nov. 12 or Thursday, Nov. 14, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
2. Donate Frozen Turkeys or Chickens
Due to limited freezer space, please drop off these items at Loaves and Fishes (508 Main Street, Nashville) on Monday, Nov. 18 and Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
3. Give a Gift Card
Provide a $50 gift card from Aldi, Kroger, or Walmart to help buy fresh ingredients. Gift cards can be delivered to either location at the same dates and times—please ensure they are un-stapled and include the receipt.
Your generosity will bring joy and nourishment to families in need this Thanksgiving!
