Pink Martini

Featuring a dozen musicians with songs in 25 languages, Pink Martini has performed its multilingual repertoire on concert stages on six continents. The band has played with more than 50 orchestras around the world. On Friday, it comes to the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center. The show features China Forbes, who has been the band's lead singer since 1995. More info

Halloween Parade

Pittsfield's annual Halloween Parade returns on Tyler Street! All are invited to participate in this 76th parade. "We look forward to seeing all the ghouls, goblins, superheroes, floats, marchers, and more," says Recreation & Special Events Coordinator Becky Manship. More info

Brake Run Helix

For his first solo museum show and largest exhibition to date, EJ Hill has created a massive installation at MASS MoCA that incorporates freestanding sculptures, paintings, a stage for performances, and a rideable sculptural installation inspired by the form and function of roller coasters. A member preview reception will be on Friday, October 28, 6–9 p.m. More info

Visit Ventfort Hall

Sat Oct 29 and Sun Oct 30, 4–6  p.m.
Ventfort Hall will welcome families with children to visit the mansion at no charge Saturday and Sunday from 4 to 6. The first floor will be open with a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt. Wear a costume and have the perfect photo opportunity. Light refreshments will be provided on the back veranda, weather permitting. Then on Saturday night, paranormal investigator David Raby will hold a "Spirited Evening." More info

Pumpkin Walk

Fri Oct 28, 6–7:30 p.m.
Children can dress up in their Halloween costumes and meet at the corner of Main & Pine streets in Stockbridge at 6 p.m. They will march up Main Street to the front lawn of the library for cider & donuts, a Halloween storytime, a craft table, and the pumpkin walkabout. The Stockbridge Library's garden walkway will be transformed with ghosts, scarecrows, and jack-o-lanterns. More info

Hancock Halloween

Sat Oct 29, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Witches, ghosts, and goblins will be roaming Hancock Shaker Village. Trick or treat in costume, learn how the Shakers celebrated Halloween, get spooked with ghost stories, and hop on a Shaker broom. All this and more at Halloween at the Village. More info

The Rocky Horror Picture Show
