Coming Up This Week:Saturday, 2/8 at 9:15am: Community Boot Camp
Get motivated with a cardio and strength workout offered outside of the club. You'll use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to achieve a heart-pumping workout. Leave feeling energized! This class is open to the community, (Non-Members welcome)! *A $5 donation to the AHA is required to attend.
Saturday, 2/8 at 10:15am: Cardio Attack Cycle
It's thumping music, sweat inducing, heart-pumping good time. Attack your workout and increase your cardiovascular fitness. You will be motivated and leave feeling energized. Cycling is a great workout for all levels.

Heart-Healthy Workshops:Friday, 2/14 at 11:30am: Pilates Reformer: Heart & Hip Opener
A special one hour Pilates Reformer class focused on opening up your heart and hips. Good posture benefits include less back pain, better breathing and looking good. Strong hips help prevent back pain, injury and help you live actively. Members: $30 Non-Members: $40
Saturday, 2/15 at 10:30am: Trigger Point Release Workshop
Trigger point release with a lacrosse ball involves applying pressure to specific points on the body. This inexpensive tool can help release tension, relieve pain and help you move better. Members: $20 Non-Members: $35

Join Team Active-Aquatics Manager: The Aquatics Manager maintains high standards of customer service for the aquatics staff, delivering beyond our members' expectations. This person effectively manages all aquatics staff, programs and facilities to maximize participation, member retention, site profitability and new member recruiting.
-Personal Trainer: The Personal Trainer is responsible for managing the fitness floor, being responsive to members and guests by offering assistance, and educating members on the safe and correct use of cardio and weight training equipment.
-Group Fitness Instructor: Group Fitness Instructors are expected to teach safe and effective classes for our members and are required to maintain educational standards commensurate with Active Wellness quality. Modalities include Aqua FiT, Strength Training, Boot Camp, HiiT and Mat Pilates.
