Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until fully cooked and drain well. Pass potatoes through a ricer into a large bowl. Chop one stick of butter into small pieces and stir into potatoes until melted. Stir in eggs, both cheeses, ham, salami, parsley, and the salt and pepper and mix together. Scoop the mixture into a buttered 9" x 13" baking dish and smooth out the top. Cut the remaining 1/4 stick of butter into small bits and dot them on top of the casserole. sprinkle with the bread crumbs, and bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
