Dear parents and families,
I hope you all had a wonderful winter break. We are excited to welcome your student back to campus next week.
As the spring semester begins, I encourage students to take advantage of the many opportunities we have for personal growth, connection, and development. Beginning January 13, Campus Life is hosting a week of Winter Fest activities. For students looking for campus engagement, they will enjoy attending the Activities Fair on January 24. This is also a great time for students to engage with the Center for Career Engagement. They should speak with a career coach about their interests and update their resume before the Career Expo in early February. Lastly, if your student is still finalizing their spring schedule, they may want to connect with their academic advisor to add our one-credit Dialogue Across Difference courses beginning January 14.
We look forward to a great start to the spring semester.
Warmly,
Anna "Dr. G" Gonzalez
Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
