Campus Town Hall | IT Organizational Assessment– January 12

Dear UNCG Faculty and Staff,

I am inviting you to join Chancellor Gilliam, Provost Boyette, and myself for a town hall to learn about and provide input on the University's ongoing IT organizational assessment.

This assessment will help us determine the most sustainable, effective, and efficient operating model and organization structure for IT in support of the University’s Forward Together 2025-2030 Strategic Plan.

The purpose of this assessment is to help ensure our IT organization:

Maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery.
Effectively supports the varied technology needs of faculty, staff, and students across the University.
Complies with established information security standards and requirements set forth by the UNC System.
