Surf Players Called Into U.S. Soccer Youth National Teams & Camps!

Our mission is to create the best of the best opportunities and experiences for our players and this month the opportunities were HUGE for our players! TWENTY-ONE of our players were selected for U.S. Soccer Youth National Teams and Camps. These are definitely experiences they will never forget and we are so proud to have been part of their development journey and see them excel at the national level!

Congrats to Nya Harrison & Karly Reeves who were called up to the U-18 USWNT for the Tricontinental Cup! Nya & Karly represented Team USA at the Four-Team Tournament in Lakewood Ranch, FL where they faced China PR, Norway & Netherlands!

Big time CONGRATS to Karly Reeves who found the back of the net for the USA TWICE and CAPTAINED the team vs Norway!

Our Spring Break Camp is designed for competitive players looking to build and improve on their technical foundation ahead of the 2020/21 season!

When: April 6th - 9th 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Cost: Early Registration: $195 -- Must register by 3/17!

Surf NPL Player Feature: Andrew Portis

Andrew Portis, currently on our SD Surf NPL 2001/2002 Team was selected to play with our U19 DA team for the DA Winter Cup.

"Andrew emerged from the NPL group as a leader and intelligent defender that we felt could help the U19 DA team as they went to Florida for the DA Winter Cup. Andrew took part in several training sessions with the DA group and immediately impressed the staff. Andrew transitioned into the team very quickly and successfully contributed to the team throughout the showcase," said NPL Director Bobby Reiss.

We love seeing our players develop and get the experience to play at the next level to further their training and growth. Congrats Andrew, we can't wait to see what's next for you! #SurfPROUD

San Diego Surf Point Loma is still seeking players to add to teams in Point Loma! Boys and Girls ages 2013 - 2006. Please visit our website to register and to come check out our teams!
