For the last few weeks I've been working with clients to get this house ready for market. It had been updated and carefully maintained, but even the best cared for homes need a coat of fresh paint, a deep clean, and some garden spiff up before they get staged and photographed.
I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's open house. This house has so many cool features: a sprinkler system that knows how much to water because it talks to NOAA's weather station, remote controlled window shades that can filter different amouts of light, solar panels, a dual purpose microwave/convection over, the list goes on. And this house has so much space! There are so many rooms, and big rooms at that.
If you have time tomorrow, come check out this house. It's just up the street from my new favorite bakery, Rossellinis. If you aren't in the market for a big beautiful house and you aren't in the mood for one of the world's greatest croissants (Rossellini's specialty), but are curious about the house, check out the video below. It's a little goofy, but it does highlight the best features of the house and helps give a sense of its size and how the rooms connect with one another and the garden.
