In Northern California, we're surrounded by some of the oldest trees in the world and some of the newest tech. And that has laid the groundwork for my work, where I’ve explored the interdependence of nature, society, and technology.
In Human Nature, I focus on the trees, exploring the perspective shift we feel when we view ourselves within the expansiveness of nature and time.
Using photography, sculptures, and mixed media, I consider how this realignment can reveal insights and absurdities—and evoke awe.
