Re-Registration

Application Opens April 4, 2022
and
Submissions due by April 18, 2022


Please refer to the RSO Re-Registration Website for information and email the RSO Lead Team (RSO@gmu.edu) with any questions. 

To Begin:
  1. Finalize your Fall 2022 Officers
  2. Review the Re-Registration Instructions pdf
  3. Gather all the materials needed as listed on the RSO Re-Registration Website
  4. Fall 2022 "incoming" President Submits Application​ found on the Mason360 Group Page

TIMELINE


Application Opens
April 4, 2022
  • Incoming President Submits Application by April 18
  • RSO Officers "Accept" their roles, GPA checks, and also acknowledge their review of required RSO Trainings found on our RSO Website
  • Tier 2 Advisor confirms their role and Review of Training
  • Registration steps are continuously reviewed by the RSO Lead Team

For Guarantee Start-Up in Fall (August)
April 18, 2022
  • Due date for Submission of Application
April 18-May 1
  •  Officer Roles "Accepted" and Required Officer RSO Trainings Reviewed. 
  • Applications will be reviewed by Student Involvement.


Summer

  • GPA Checks occur
  • Current 25Live accounts retired and new accounts created


Late Application?
May 2nd 
  • Any incomplete applications will be put on hold until next registration window (Early August, another in December, and another in January)
End of May
  • All incomplete applications and RSOs without an application, will be deactivated from Mason360, 25Live Accounts will be deleted and all future RSO events removed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

NEW THIS YEAR: ADVISORS will be included in the OFFICER section of the application.
  • RSO President must confirm with the RSO advisor that they have an existing account on Mason360. If a faculty/staff member
    does not have an existing account, they need
    to share this form with
    their
    advisor https://cglink.me/2d7/s53206 (Faculty/Staff Account request form).
  • Faculty/staff cannot be added to the officer list if they do not have an existing account and the RSO may not be set as a Tier 2 Organization without the advisor approval in Mason360.
Club Sports: These RSOs have a separate re-registration (please contact the Mason Recreation Team).
