Review Your Engineering Degree Audit
September 27, 2022
Dear Student,
As the semester continues, we are sharing reminders to help prepare your student degree audit for graduation submission! Run your Student Degree Audit in SIS under Academics and check for the following:
  1. Confirm your audit is running under the desired set of rules.
    1. By default, undergraduate Engineering students use the degree rules associated with their anticipated year of graduation at the time of matriculation. However, engineers may choose to use the degree rules from an anticipated graduation year after theirs.
    2. To check the degree year rules on your audit, choose ‘Run Declared Programs’ and reference the notation at the start of the audit:
      • If run to HTML view:
At least one requirement has not been satisfied. Degree audit using class of 2023 degree rules. Engineering-General Requirements - 120 credits req.
      • Or if run to PDF view:
All requirements completed --- in-progress courses. Degree audit using class of 2023 degree rules. Engineering-General Requirements - 120 credits req.
  1. Confirm substitutions for Engineering degree requirements have been approved and are recorded on your audit.
    1. If you have not yet submitted a petition for a substitution, the form should be submitted now to ensure your student degree audit is up to date when you run it for graduation submission in November. Course substitutions can take up to 4 weeks, sometimes longer, to be recorded as approved on the student degree audit.
