Dear Student:
We look forward to welcoming you to campus very soon. As an international transfer student, you are invited to participate in International Student Orientation (ISO), which begins with move-in on Wednesday, August 14. If you have not already indicated that you would like to do so, please email residentialcolleges@vanderbilt.edu by July 15. If you do not wish to participate in ISO, you will move in with your peers on Friday, August 16, and no further action regarding the pre-arrival form is needed.
Should you choose to participate in ISO, you must complete the Pre-Arrival form in the Housing Portal. Please complete the form by July 15. The form will ask you to provide information related to your travel and arrival plans, the number of guests you will bring with you and their contact information, and any translation services you or your guests may require to fully participate in orientation. You will also have an opportunity to request complimentary transportation from the Nashville International Airport to campus or to pre-purchase a linen package. Linen packages are $50 USD plus tax and include a pillow, sheets, blanket, and towel. You can purchase them in advance or upon arrival.
