Steps to Access University Systems
ASAP
To receive important information, you must create your VUnetID and enroll in Vanderbilt University's security solution.
You will receive an email from the university (noreply@vanderbilt.edu) with steps on how to complete your VUnetID.

Immunization Requirements
ASAP
Before you arrive, you must complete the required immunizations.
Follow the New Student Checklist for Immunization and TB Compliance to complete a Tuberculosis screening survey, submit your immunization forms and upload your documents to the Vanderbilt Student Health portal.
You cannot register for classes until Student Health reviews and approves your immunization records.

Check Your Enrollment Services (YES) Portal
Log into Your Enrollment Services (YES) Portal to check your progress on important tasks and add your emergency contact information. Updates may take up to four days to appear in the YES portal.

- Next Steps will host a virtual incoming student and family information session on Monday, June 1, at 5 p.m. Please check your emails for the meeting link. This meeting will review important information and answer any questions for incoming students and families.

Required: Next Steps will host an in-person summer orientation on campus on Monday, June 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided. The agenda will be shared in the coming weeks.
- Summer Person-Centered Planning: Please register for a 1.5-hour virtual Person-Centered Plan meeting in July. Students, families, VR counselors and others should be in attendance.

Monday, June 22 | 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. in The Commons Center Lobby
We look forward to hosting you on campus on Monday, June 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please plan to meet us in the lobby of The Commons Center. During this summer orientation, you will meet with your advisor, get set up on necessary technology, complete a career exploration activity and meet campus partners. Lunch will be provided in one of our on-campus dining halls. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
