Portsmouth Square Improvement Project
花園角改善工程

All garage elevators are now open and operational.

Crews performing formwork, installing rebar and waterproofing as part of the project.

Crews are preparing formwork and steel reinforcement for new concrete features throughout the plaza. Structural support beams are also being installed along Walter U. Lum Place near Clay Street.

Temporary shoring will be installed in the garage to support grade beam and trellis work in the park. During this period, 80 parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable - 40 each on Floors 3 and 4.

Work continues at the Kearny Street garage entrance, where crews are extending the garage ceiling to create additional park space above.

Crews are carrying out major waterproofing work on the garage roof to help protect the garage and support the long-term durability of the renovated plaza.

Replace deteriorated sewer infrastructure on behalf of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

施工團隊現正於公園内各處組裝模板及鋪設鋼筋，以建造全新的混凝土結構設施；此外，靠近企李街的林華耀街一帶亦正進行結構支撐樑安裝工程。

為配合公園內的地樑及棚架工程，停車場内將安裝臨時承托結構。期間將有80個停車位暫時停用，其中第3層及第4層各40個。

乾尼街停車場入口處的工程現正持續進行。施工團隊正擴建停車場頂層結構，以增加上方的公園空間。

施工團隊現正於停車場上方進行大型防水工程，以加強對停車場的保護，並保障翻新後公園的長期結構耐用度。

受三藩市水利局委託，更換老化污水管道設施。
