1003 Upload
Do you use the 1003 upload in Minnesota Housing's loan commitment system for your Fix Up loans? Have you started using the new URLA?
Please be aware that our loan commitment system will not be able to accept the new URLA format yet. You will need to manually enter loan information into the system. If you're still using the 1003, you may continue to upload the 1003 into the loan commitment system as usual. Please note that using the 1003/URLA is not a requirement for Fix Up so this change may not affect how you do business.
Minnesota Housing Holiday Closures
Minnesota Housing will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2020 for Christmas and on Friday, January 1, 2021 for New Year's Day.
