Caregiver of the Month

Congratulations to our newest Caregiver of the Month, Darlene C.!
Darlene consistently demonstrates genuine care and compassion for her clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort at all times. She takes the time to understand each client's individual preferences, concerns, and emotional well-being, and has even made homemade soup to bring to her clients! She loves getting to know them, what they like and don't like, hearing their stories, and connecting with their families. 
Her punctuality in showing up to shifts reflects her reliability and dedication to her responsibility, and she maintains professionalism and integrity in her work. Darlene's effective and professional communication with the office team facilitates smooth coordination of care and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
In her spare time, Darlene enjoys going to the lake, swimming, reading, Zumba, and playing crib.
