As Mental Health Awareness Month nears its end, it's a chance to make yourself aware of campus resources available to you. For students, the Center for Mental Health Care and Resources offers crisis counseling, individual and group therapy, and other ongoing resources to help manage stress and other mental health issues. For faculty and staff, the Employee Assistance Program offers free consultations and counseling sessions. Take care of yourself, and if you're struggling, tell someone.
