Your Vote Matters
As we approach the U.S. Presidential Election on November 5, Seton Hall is dedicated to fostering a safe, welcoming and inclusive campus environment. There is no better way to achieve our goals for the nation than participating in the democratic process through voting. Seton Hall is a voting location on November 5 in Bethany Hall. More information about voting in New Jersey can be found here.

Help Seton Hall win the NJ Ballot Bowl this year, a competition across all NJ Schools to encourage voter registration and pledges! This is our last week to collect pledges. We are asking our entire Seton Hall Community to "Take the Pledge" to vote and note "Seton Hall University.

As a reminder, classes are canceled until 5 p.m. on the South Orange campus.

DOVE Toy Drive
Date: November 4 - December 9
Time: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: DOVE Office Boland 108
The DOVE Toy Drive brings joy to children on Christmas morning, supporting our immediate neighbors and reaching as far as the Appalachian region of West Virginia. DOVE's first 500 donations will receive a Seton Hall Pirate embroidered Santa Hat! Find more information here.

Veterans Day
On Veterans Day (November 11), Seton Hall will be hosting various activities centered around honoring military veterans.

Veterans Day Celebration Ceremony

Time: 10:30 a.m.
Location: University Green, Flagpole
*Coffee and light refreshments will be available in University Center Event Lounge following the ceremony.

Signing the Veterans Day banner thanking our veteran community
- Decorating the University Green by dedicating an American flag with a yellow ribbon to someone you know.
- Enjoying complimentary refreshments in the Event Lounge.
- Attending the Veterans Day Mass at 8 a.m. in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception.

Pet Therapy with Dare to Care

Location: The Harbor (Campus Ministry Lounge)
Join the Dare to Care Peer Educators and their furry friends in the Harbor (Campus Ministry Lounge) for Pet Therapy and learn more about the Dare to Care program and mental health resources on campus.

SAB Travel: The Notebook on Broadway
Date: Saturday, November 16
Time: 2 p.m.
Location: Schoenfeld Theater, NYC
Spend an afternoon on Broadway with SAB to see The Notebook before it leaves Broadway! Tickets will be $20 and will go on sale on November 6 at noon and 6:00 p.m. at www.shu.eventbrite.com. A purchased ticket includes entrance into the show.

Gratitude Interfaith Dinner

Expanded Counseling Services
|
Uwill is an online telehealth platform that allows students to easily speak with a counselor for 30-minute virtual sessions. Students can choose a counselor based on their preferences of availability, gender, language, ethnicity, and focus area. Students can also choose a time that fits their schedule with day, night, and weekend availability.
|
The Great Minds Dare to Care initiative is excited to offer current Seton Hall students a free one-year subscription to Headspace. The Headspace app serves as a guide to meditation and mindfulness to help you focus on your mental health and wellbeing while being a student.

November is Native American Heritage Month, when we honor, celebrate, and recognize Native American and Alaskan Native culture, traditions, history, and significant contributions.
