The beginning of a new semester is an exciting time, but in all that excitement and preparation, it can be easy to forget something on your to-do list. That's why we're reminding you of one very important thing: health insurance coverage, a requirement for all students attending Seton Hall. You need to do one of the following:
|
- Are you already covered by a health insurance plan (e.g. a parent's plan)? Complete the waiver today.
-
Are you currently without health insurance? Seton Hall offers a great student health insurance plan. Enroll today.
|
For more information on the student health insurance plan, visit our website. The deadline to waive or enroll is September 4, but we hope to hear from you before then.

DSS provides accommodations to students who have had a 504 plan, IEP plan previously in high school for a disability. Having prior accommodation is not a requirement for registering. Any student who wants to discuss possible accommodations should reach out to DSS to meet and discuss possible accommodations. Register online here.

Students, please keep your ID card in a safe place during the summer. Replacement ID cards cost $35 and can be obtained in Duffy 63.
|
Anyone wishing to park their vehicle on the South Orange campus MUST display a valid parking permit at all times. Parking Permit sales will be starting soon, and everyone should keep an eye on their Seton Hall email that will contain complete directions on how to order your permit. All student permits will be billed to your Bursar account.

The Global Learning Center’s Student-Led Language Conversation Partners Program [PAL] is a program that connects both students of world languages taught at Seton Hall and ESL students with native/advanced speakers of other languages or English for an exchange of conversation and culture. To sign up as either a Pal or a Buddy, fill out this form. You will be contacted with more information.
|
As sign-ups are voluntary, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be matched with a Pal or Buddy. If you are relying on this activity for class credit or required volunteer hours, please realize that you might have to consider another option. Contact the GLC with any questions.
