There’s a reason we look to science for rules, not comedy. Our policies (on required testing, gatherings, masking, et al.) are guided by the latest COVID-19 data, research, and modeling available. Science is the reason why.
Yearning to fly?
Check that you’re negative before you check your luggage. IOW, the CDC now requires all air passengers entering the US (regardless of citizenship) to present a negative COVID-19 test result from within three days of departure.
Learning to fry.

Honesty is the only policy that applies when a contact tracer calls. If you’ve been exposed, so have those you’ve gathered with. Per our COVID-19 Conduct Amnesty program (PDF), nobody gets in trouble. We understand the moral conundrum and desire to protect others, so please, do so with accuracy.

And we’ve got your back. Tritons, you’ve traversed every labyrinthian obstacle that the pandemic’s offered up with immeasurable grit and flexibility, and we aim to support you with similar fervor. None more purple.
The answer is none, as in, no more (or fewer) restrictive measures on campus for the time-being. As mentioned above, we’re in the process of collecting and reviewing scientific data on the evolving state of the pandemic, including the impact of the relaxation of California’s stay-at-home order.
It's ok to admit that everything isn't, in fact, alright. And ambiguity can be tough to process (but necessary in times of uncertainty). When things become "precedented" again, you'll be stronger and more resilient than ever before.
Yells like team spirit.
Root, root, root for the Tritons; if they don’t win it’s... still great for your mental health. Sports fandom boosts self-esteem and a sense of belonging by connecting to other like-minded people. Just ask ERC students, who won the 2021 Triton Tide Cup of Cheer by showcasing their pride over the course of five spirited events.
Gently pressing on the gas pedal...
