President Cowley has announced that UTA will be closed July 3-4, in observance of Independence Day. Classes July 3-4 are also canceled. In addition, classes scheduled to begin July 3 will now begin their term July 5. If you have questions about how this impacts your coursework, please do not hesitate to reach out to your instructor, department chair, or dean.
As a reminder, Campus Recreation, UTA Libraries, the University Center and Commons, Dining Services, and Parking and Transportation Services have posted their service hours for the holiday release and the ensuing holiday break. Any additional operations updates will be shared via MavWire.
I, too, hope this extra day of rest will be an opportunity for us all to reflect on the hard work and great progress we are making in Maverick Country.
