Peter Welle shares this Storyboard from Southwest Christian High School 9th grade Bible teacher Dustin Thompson. His Storyline of “Wonder Why” invites students to be curious explorers of the Bible, eager to grapple with its complexities and rough edges. This lives out wonderfully in the rhythms of his classroom, which emphasize continual wondering and reflection. His Storyboard is filled with the remains of student questions and ponderings that they regularly interact with.

(When taking these pictures, Dustin noted that they were all rooted in a reading of the book of Numbers, so the students had to work a bit harder to find their “Wonder Why”, but they got there!)
