The SHS Nurse Advice Line is available to ALL registered students at no cost every day — even during Winter Break! Call (858) 534-3300 and select the Nurse Advice option to speak with a Registered Nurse who can provide health guidance.
Student Health and Well-Being is here for students before and during the Winter Break with hours for specific services and resources available through the button below.

Basic Needs services, including emergency housing, food, and basic needs grants, will be available until Wed, Dec. 24 and will return on Fri, Jan. 2.
The Hub Basic Needs Center physical spaces will be closed on Mon, Dec. 15 and will reopen on Fri, Jan. 9 after food and basic needs items are restocked for distribution.
Students facing challenges with access to adequate food, stable housing or general resources, please fill out the Basic Needs Assistance Form.

Each Residential Dining hall and market have their own specific adjusted hours during Finals Week and Winter Break.

Price Center and Student Center will have adjusted hours or closures between Sat, Dec. 13, and Sun, Jan. 4. Please use the button below to follow University Centers for the most updated information.
Target will be closed on Dec. 25.

During break, outdoor recreation activities are available during daylight hours including tennis, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, Muir Field, and Triton Bar Park. are recommended for priority use. Visit the Rec website for Recreation facilities' adjusted hours and closures.
