Your Donations Matter
When you donate to the Rotary Foundation Annual Fund, your contribution supports local and global humanitarian projects, scholarships, and vocational training through the SHARE system.
Each year, donations from all clubs in a district are divided between the World Fund and the District Designated Fund (DDF), after a small portion is used for operating expenses.
After three years, districts can use their DDF to fund club and district projects, support global grants, or contribute to initiatives like PolioPlus and the Rotary Peace Centers. Up to half of the DDF can go toward district grants, while the rest may be allocated to international efforts or donated to another district.
