Moores Biorepository and Tissue Technology Shared Resource (BTTSR) Reaccreditation

Moores BTTSR, a minority-focused institutional biobank and a histology core, has earned reaccreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for Biorepository (BAP) and Laboratory (LAP). CAP is the world's largest association exclusively composed of pathologists who are certified by the American Board of Pathology; CAP is the leader in laboratory quality assurance.

This onsite reaccreditation marks the third consecutive for Biorepository and the second for TTSR, maintaining an unbroken record of inspections with zero deficiencies.

“We are extremely proud of our consistent commitment to quality and regulatory excellence,” affirmed Alfredo Molinolo, BTTSR Director. “This first-pass, no-deficiency reaccreditation reflects our team’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering emphasis on providing the highest scientific support to Moores Member researchers.” Learn More>>
