The Revaluing Care Lab presents Jina Kim in conversation with Emily Rogers about Kim's new book, which turns "to the literary afterlives of major US welfare reform in 1996 [to consider] feminist- and queer-of-color literature that grapples with the disabling effects of anti-welfare policy."

Exhibition Opening and Reception
"Disobedient Subjects: Bombay 1930-31"
|
Through rare historical photographs and archival materials, this exhibition takes you on a journey around Bombay - today's Mumbai - to witness the unfolding of the Civil Disobedience Movement against British colonial rule nearly a century ago. Co-curators Avrati Bhatnagar and Sumathi Ramaswamy, and guest Rahaab Allana will speak.
