The deadline to run reports in Digital Cookie is May 31 and in Smart Cookies is July 26. After these dates the systems will shut down for the remainder of the year to prepare for Cookies 2027.

Cub Cookie Booth and Cookie Share Program Donation Photos

We’re grateful to Cub for continuing to support cookie booths year after year. It’s amazing to see Troops donating Cookie Share packages to organizations making a difference. We’d love to see your photos from your booths at Cub and Troops making their donations. Submit your Cub booth or donation photos to us and they could be used in future River Valleys publications.

Girl Scout Cookie Rewards

Reward orders have been placed with ABC Bakers and we’re no longer able to adjust reward selections. Most items will ship to Communities the week of May 18. Here are a few added details on cookie rewards:

Dream Team 2026:

Nearly 500 Girl Scouts across our council have reached Dream Team status by selling 1,000+ packages and we can’t wait to celebrate their accomplishments! Invitations and RSVP details have been sent to the Girl Scout's primary caregiver. Connect with us if a Dream Team Girl Scout did not receive this email.

Rewards for 700+ Package Sales Levels:

While most cookie rewards will be sent to your Community Product Leader in mid-May, several rewards for Girl Scouts that sold 700+ packages will be sent directly to their home address. Here's what to expect:

Super Seller Patch & Light-up Speaker – These will be included in the Community rewards shipment.
Cookie Credits – Cookie credit cards will be sent directly to Girl Scouts May 20-26.
Happy Camper/ Convention Coupon – Happy Camper/Convention Coupon codes will be emailed directly to the primary caregiver on May 20.
Other 700+ Level Rewards – Caregivers received an email on April 21 to confirm their mailing address, email address, or RSVP. Rewards will not ship until this information is confirmed.

Final Automated Clearing House (ACH) on May 1

The final ACH will take place on Friday, May 1. Refer to your Troop Balance Summary report in Smart Cookies to view the financials for the Troop from the final proceeds to the balance due. The Troop's primary contact listed in Smart Cookies will receive an email with the details on the final balance due ACH or if they'll receive a refund ACH. Other cookie money notes:

Complete a Finance/Inventory Issue Form by May 30 if your Troop received any Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks or incurred bank fees due to high deposit activity.
If your Troop only participated in online sales and/or is due a refund for Troop proceeds earned, the refund ACH will be deposited to the Troop bank account will occur tomorrow, April 24.
Juliette’s that are paid in full will show an overpayment in their Troop Balance Summary that equals the Troop proceeds.
Keep copies of all deposit tickets and bank receipts until December 31, 2026.

Prepping for Rewards Shipments

Cookie rewards will ship the week of May 18. Here’s a few preparation pointers:

Review your calendar to set potential days/times for Troops to pick up their items.
- Try scheduling tools like SignUp Genius or a Google form to set up appointments.
- Keep in mind the shipment may not arrive until later in the week.
Connect with Troop volunteers to ask if they can assist with sorting the rewards. if they help, they can take their items right away!
Set aside boxes or bags to help with packing items for troops.
Run the Recognition Order Summary by Service Unit or Recognition Packing Slips report in Smart Cookies to view the total amount of rewards for your Community.
Run the Recognition Order Summary by Troop to review the itemized rewards lists per Troop. Use this as you sort and count your rewards for each Troop.
