New Banquet Themes are HERE!

Each year, we create new banquet themes with ready-to-use assets, including invitations, table numbers, slide decks, and more, to make event planning easier and help you avoid reinventing the wheel.
New banquet themes, plus a few favorites from recent years, are available in your Young Life Canva Enterprise account. Visit the banquet page on Staff Resources to see all available options. You can print assets locally or submit orders via the Online Ordering System for custom materials to have them printed and shipped directly from the Service Center.

This theme is aligned with our most recent year-end campaign, featuring two seasonal directions based on where your area is right now.
Option 1: “Rooted: Planting and Hoping”

Focus: Pioneering and vision
- Best for: Areas in a season of growth — whether you’re developing ministry in a new area, starting at a new school, or praying for new leaders. Invite your community into fresh vision and hope.

Option 2: “Rooted: Enjoying the Harvest”

- Focus: Celebration and stewardship
- Best for: Established areas experiencing a fruitful season — whether that’s highlighting stories of relational impact, camp life change, or growth in volunteers. Invite your community to celebrate and continue investing.

Inspired by our partnership with Joe Gibbs Racing, this theme gives you a fun, high-energy way to celebrate what God is doing locally while inviting your community to help fuel the mission of Young Life. Bonus: There are opportunities to connect to all 5Cs and a pre-made video designed to inspire involvement.
Behind the theme is a powerful multi-generational story that only the Lord could write. Throughout the assets, you’ll find pieces of the story of how Coach Gibbs and Pat opened their home for club three generations age, leading to their son, J.D., joining Campaigners with Dale (now president of JGR), their grandson Miller becoming a Young Life kid, and now serving as a volunteer leader for Brent Crews, the high school student driving the Young Life car today.
