   WORLD CUP

The 2026 FIFA World Cup starts next week in North America. With the Dallas-Fort Worth area hosting the most games, the International Broadcast Center and multiple training bases for the national teams, it’s sure to be one of the most important areas for the tournament.

   POLICE ACCREDITATION

The UNT Police Department is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, an achievement held by only 4% of all law enforcement agencies in the nation. The renewal process includes an open public portal for community members to submit comments about the department. If you would like to provide a comment, visit their website to learn more.
