"You can manufacture weapons, and you can purchase ammunition, but you can't buy valor and you can't pull heroes off an assembly line."
Steven Ambrose, Historian, author of Band of Brothers
Stepping off a landing craft into the unknown, that is the courage and bravery that defined June 6, 1944. Allied troops moved forward on the beaches, not with certainty, but with resolve. The recent release of the movie Pressure (2026) highlights these elements with great emotion.
What's easy to forget today is how much rested on judgment alone. The decision to launch on June 6 came down largely to the weather, and the commanders making that call had no smartphones, no computers, and no multicolored, animated radar to guide them. They studied paper maps and trusted the experience and instinct of those around them. With so much uncertainty, they gave the order, and 160,000 Allied troops stormed the beaches in the greatest amphibious assault in history—a turning point in World War II.
We honor the dedication of those who served their country with extraordinary courage on D-Day. In the face of fear, uncertainty, and overwhelming odds, they pressed forward. Â Their sacrifice and devotion to duty continue to inspire our gratitude and remembrance.

Meet our new therapists 👋 |
|
|
|
We are thrilled to welcome four exceptionally talented therapists to our team. Each brings a remarkable ability to identify areas of tension and achieve outstanding results for their clients. A fun fact: I've had the pleasure of being a massage instructor at three different programs, and half of these new hires attended two of those schools. One of them was even a former student of mine.

Andrew’s work is shaped by lived experience, clinical skill, and a deep understanding of how the body holds stress.
As a young man, he faced a brain tumor and epilepsy—life-changing experiences that taught him, in a very real way, that the mind and body are closely connected.Â
Through years of healing work, study, and hands-on practice, he rebuilt his health from the inside out. That journey now informs the care he offers every client.
Andrew specializes in working with neurodivergent adults who are living with pain, stress, overwhelm, or the effects of long-term tension in the body. His approach centers on fascia, the connective tissue that supports and surrounds the body, and the nervous system, which plays a key role in how safe, calm, and comfortable you feel. When fascia is restricted and the nervous system is under strain, it can show up as chronic pain, tightness, fatigue, sensory overload, and difficulty relaxing. Andrew’s sessions are designed to help ease those patterns.
Clients can expect a calm, respectful environment where their comfort and regulation come first. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may support pain relief, reduced muscle tension, better body awareness, improved relaxation, and a greater sense of safety in the body. Andrew works with care and intention, helping clients settle their nervous system while addressing physical discomfort in a way that feels grounded and supportive.
His practice is especially meaningful for people who want more than a routine massage. Andrew offers thoughtful, body-aware care for clients who may need a gentler pace, clear communication, and a therapist who understands that healing is not one-size-fits-all.
With a foundation built on both personal recovery and professional expertise, Andrew provides massage therapy that is restorative, focused, and responsive to each client’s needs. For those seeking skilled support for pain, stress, and nervous system regulation, his practice offers a safe place to begin.

Olivia is a medical massage therapist with six years of experience helping clients find lasting relief through skilled, intentional care. Her favorite technique is myofascial therapy — a gentler form of deep tissue work that uses focused pressure on key points to ease tension. It can help with postural imbalances, restricted range of motion, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle spasms, and chronic back, neck, or shoulder pain. She also offers hot stone therapy and cupping.
Olivia's passion for this work is deeply personal. While training to become a massage therapist, she experienced firsthand how powerful and healing massage can be. That experience shaped her mission: to be of genuine service and help others feel their best.
She'd love to work with you.

Giving the gift of a massage for Father's Day can be a thoughtful and beneficial gesture. There are several excellent reasons to consider getting them a gift certificate or scheduling them a massage.
Relaxation and relief from stress only begins to scratch the surface. A massage can provide an opportunity for them to unwind and escape from the pressures of daily life by reducing stress levels, promote relaxation, and release tension from the body.
Massage can help with improved posture and flexibility. If they spend a lot of time sitting or have a physically demanding job, a massage can help alleviate muscle imbalances, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This can contribute to better overall physical health and reduce the risk of injuries, especially those from overuse and repetitive motion.  Each message is personalized and can be tailored to address specific concerns they may have. Whether it’s a sports-related injury or chronic pain, our skilled massage therapists can customize the treatment to meet his individual needs.
Regular massages can support their overall wellness journey. By incorporating massage therapy into his routine, he can experience the cumulative benefits over time, including increased vitality, reduced muscle stiffness, and improved body awareness. Â It encourages them to prioritize self-care. A massage session allows him to take time for himself, indulge in a rejuvenating experience, and focus on his well-being.
Remember, it's essential to consider any specific health conditions, their work schedule, or other preferences when making an appointment as a surprise for them.Â
Kind Regards,
CJ Bromfield
