The Lykos team is currently building seven large custom homes at various stages of construction, eight whole home renovations and one condo remodel, with even more projects beginning later this year. Our job sites are spread across Old Naples, Marco Island and Fort Myers Beach, with many projects assisting past clients unfortunately affected by Hurricane Ian in the fall of 2022.
Despite the number of challenges our building industry faces with workforce labor shortages, inconsistent materials delays and a variety of client change orders, we’re overall very pleased at our agility in navigating these uncertainties. We’re proud of all the Lykos team members who persistently overcome these challenges. Stay tuned! We’ll continue sharing status updates with you throughout the next few months as each home nears completion.

MARCO ISLAND SHOWROOM COMPLETE |

We’re pleased to announce our Marco Island showroom is now complete! Our new space allows us to be more engaged on the island and provides a local and professional setting for all our clients to meet with the team, subcontractors and design professionals. The showroom is located in the Marco Town Center and includes a gallery of our homes, a kitchen studio, ample conference room space and office areas for the project managers. Stop in, check us out and say hi.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Gary serves as one of The Lykos Group’s expert project managers. In his position, Gary reviews plans and budgets and communicates with homeowners, supervisors and all other parties involved. When he is not at work, you will most likely find him on a boat or spending time with his daughter.

In collaboration with South Florida Architecture, our team designed this Marco Island home with influence from Palm Beach design and architecture. Including custom landscaping and lighting by Metis Design, this two-story home is among the most magnificent built by The Lykos Group, showcasing just over 5,400 square feet under air and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
