This month, the CHP is highlighting the interdisciplinary education event below to expand your knowledge on the importance of inclusion and accessibility.
The event covers awareness, fostering an inclusive environment, language, accessibility, models of thought, basic understanding, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.Â
The speaker, Jon Cauchi, is an inclusion consultant and trainer at Disability Advocates of Kent County. Jon also has a personal journey that ignited unwavering advocacy after losing most of his sight at age 12. He brings passion, knowledge, and dedication to all his work.
Jon's overarching goal is to create a true sense of belonging for all individuals. Through his expertise and personal experiences, he strives to make a positive impact on the lives of those he encounters.
We hope to see you there on October 15th!
