Reach out to troops to promote the sale and inform them of when and where they can pick up their materials. Here is a sample email you can send to troops or post on your Community’s social media or Rallyhood site:

Girl Scouts River Valleys’ Fall FUNDraiser kicks off September 21. It is an easy way for troops to earn 12% proceeds and build skills before cookie season! New this year - Senior and Ambassador troops can opt out of rewards to earn 15% in proceeds. Shoppers can choose from snacks, magazines, Tervis drinkware,  candles, and Girl Scout-themed BarkBoxes! Your sales materials are ready to pick up at (insert place/time). Reach out if you have any questions about the sale. I’m happy to help!
