Join Us for Jaguar March!

You're invited to join Jaguar March, a beloved University tradition, and cheer on our first-year students with signs, glow sticks and noisemakers in a celebration of the new academic year. 

When:
Wednesday, August 20 | 7–10 p.m.

Where:
From the fountain, down the “Miracle Mile,” ending at the “Tower of Hope” at the University’s main entrance

Traffic Advisory: 
Please be aware that during Jaguar March, University Way’s northbound and southbound lanes will be closed.

Weeks of Welcome Volunteer Opportunities 

Please consider volunteering to help make Weeks of Welcome a positive and engaging experience for all returning Jaguars!

 

Volunteer opportunities will be available in one-hour shifts at two booth locations to assist students with any questions on Monday, August 25, and Tuesday, August 26. The Cisneros Institute will provide you with the tools and information to help answer students' questions. 

 

Volunteers will receive a free T-shirt.

A&M-San Antonio has launched a new online tuition and fees calculator to give students and families clear, personalized cost estimates before bills are posted. The calculator provides a straightforward breakdown of costs based on students' specific enrollment choices, including the number of credit hours and the term in which they plan to register.

Aggie Alumni Establish Scholarship Fund 

Four friends have established the South Texas Four Endowed Scholarship to support A&M-San Antonio students pursuing their academic aspirations. The initiative involves a combined pledge of $25,000 over five years by a group of Texas A&M University alumni. The fund supports students from South Texas high schools pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
