This initial release of TSS is focused on delivering the core capabilities needed to support Fall 2026. As with any major system launch, you may encounter limitations, workarounds or functionality that continues to evolve as the system stabilizes. The TSS team is actively reviewing reported issues and prioritizing fixes that affect critical university operations, so please use one of the established TSS support channels to ensure your request is tracked and directed to the right team.

Continuing undergraduate students should use caution when dropping a course outside of an active Booking Window. The option to drop a course remains available even when your booking window is not active. Review your booking window in My Appointment Times before dropping a course. Review updated guidance is available on the Understanding Your Booking Window and Booking Courses with TSS pages.
- Canvas Rosters: Due to the import of Triton Student Numbers (TSNs) into Canvas, rosters and email functionality within Canvas are expected to be available sometime between September 17 and 21.
-
Waitlist position after booking: The issue with students clicking the book button and moving their position further down the waitlist, has been resolved. Students whose position was affected before the fix will remain at their current spot on the waitlist, and they’ll be processed in order as seats become available.
-
Incorrect waitlist numbers: The issue with incorrect numbers being listed on the waitlist is resolved now. Students’ position on the waitlist should accurately reflect where they stand.

The My Class List report is available to staff and faculty in the Student tab of the Business Analytics Hub (BAH). This report provides class lists in which the user is the Primary Instructor. You can find more information, including instructions on how to use the report, on the My Class List Blink page. Note: Current FERPA training is required to access this report.

- Booking and Waitlists: A known issue may cause students to see a course displaying 1 available seat but receive a message that it can only be booked through the waitlist. In these cases, the course is most likely full. Students are encouraged to identify backup classes in the meantime. In alignment with standard business operations:
- Beginning September 4, graduate students and incoming undergraduate students will be able to join waitlists again.
- Continuing undergraduate students are currently unable to join waitlists. They will be able to join waitlists once their booking windows reopen on September 12.
-
The Degree and Diploma Application (DDA) will be available in TSS later in the fall quarter. Continue to check official TSS channels for updates, including the Student Applications Impact doc and TSS Project website for more information. Students submitting the application later in Fall quarter will not impact their ability to graduate.
- uAchieve Degree Audits for new and continuing undergraduate students are available in TSS. Graduate students will gain access to TSS Degree Audits later in September. Find more information on the Degree Audit website.
-
The Waitlist Report is currently experiencing an issue where the Year field does not populate, which can cause selected periods and filtered searches to return blank results. In the meantime, users can search by class only and use Ctrl+F to locate the exact section ID within the report. The team is actively working to resolve this issue.
