SIREN Webinar: North Carolina's Healthy Opportunities Pilots Evaluation Results
North Carolina was one of the first states in the nation to provide non-medical services related to food, transportation, housing, interpersonal safety, and toxic stress to high-needs Medicaid enrollees through its Healthy Opportunities Pilots. Earlier this year, the state released interim evaluation results that showed the pilots decreased health care utilization and lowered costs of care. Join us to hear Dr. Seth Berkowitz, the lead evaluator, discuss the evaluation results and Emilie Hart and Daniel Altenau share their experiences implementing the pilots.
