The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory and Hazardous Weather Outlook for Beaver Creek.
Extremely cold temperatures are predicted from Friday night through Tuesday.

Ways to Keep Yourself Safe:
|
- Bring and wear your entire uniform including face protection.
- Wear extra layers underneath your uniform.
- Bring a change of warm socks.
- Wear neck gaiters, insulated gloves, and appropriate footwear.

Look for the signs of frostbite on fellow employees and guests: white patches on skin, hard or waxy-looking skin can develop in one chair lift ride or ski/ride down. To resolve you will need to cover and warm the area. Keep the area covered after that.
- Frostbite Fact: Your fingers, toes, nose, ears, cheeks, and chin are the most common places for frostbite.

You are at risk if you work outside. Protect yourself from the cold!

Lead groups of up to 13 students for our Outdoor Education programs. Qualified candidates have at least three months of teaching experience (if you're a ski instructor, this means you!).

If you are having trouble with ProConnect Tools, clear your phone's internet browser cache.
|
|
|
A cache is your history or search data on an internet browser. Your device will store this information
to create shortcuts and help you explore the internet.
However, we've found that ProConnect Tools can sometimes slow down if your browser
cache is full.

For iOS Devices
1. From the home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
2. Toward the bottom of Safari's setting screen, tap the button for "Clear History and Website Data," then tap "Clear History and Data" to confirm.
For Android Devices
1. Open your browser.
Android browser: Go to Menu > More > Settings > Privacy & Security.
2. Tap "Clear cache, "Clear history" and "Clear all cookie data" as appropriate.
Chrome browser: Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy.
2. Tap "Clear browsing data" at the bottom of the screen, leave the defaults selected (browsing history, cache and cookies), then tap "Clear."
