What participants can expect:
As part of this cohort, participants will gain access to tools, resources, and unwavering support,
all aimed at fostering equitable change in their communities—at absolutely no cost. Our six week
virtual workshop series, taking place in June thru July 2024, offers a transformative space
where you can:
- Engage in crucial dialogues on equity, justice, and recovery.
- Share lived experiences relating to race and racism.
- Explore systemic racism and strategies to dismantle it.
- Cultivate allyship skills.

How to apply:
We welcome teams, communities, and organizations to invite up to 3 participants to embark on
the next phase of your equity journey. Join fellow advocates across the United States in the
Health Equity Learning Community.
Space is limited to 30 participants. Submit your application by Monday, May 27, 2024. We'll notify
participants in early June.
