Craig Fitzgerald joined Harwick Homes with a bachelor’s in business management and unique skills from his previous work on the Hertz Arena ice crew. As an assistant superintendent, Craig supports the superintendents in every way possible – from picking up supplies to scheduling subcontractors and supervising job sites. He applies his knowledge and expertise to every task ensuring no detail is missed and client expectations are met. In his free time, Craig enjoys working out and playing golf, ice hockey and lacrosse.

Our lead superintendent, Preston Brown, is currently overseeing the construction of a new custom home in Bonita Bay. Previously a stilt home, the new design will feature emphasis on natural light, vaulted ceilings, an open concept floor plan and a beautiful, negative edge pool.
